This paper proposes a novel AI-assisted decision support system that integrates a consortium of fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs) with an OpenAI-gpt-oss reasoning LLM to standardize psychiatric diagnoses. The system aims to address the subjectivity and variability in traditional mental health assessments by leveraging conversational data and multi-model consensus to generate accurate and consistent diagnostic predictions aligned with DSM-5 criteria.
